Job Description: Field Technician & Pellet Stove Servicer (Full-Time)
We are seeking a reliable and personable Field Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you will install and service fireplaces and stoves — including gas, pellet, electric, and wood-burning units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service various types of fireplaces and stoves
- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs
- Interact professionally with customers in the field
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Masonry skills preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
